Preview: Tornado Luxembourg faces Colmar Titans

12 November 2014

On Saturday the Colmar Titans will be travelling to Luxembourg to play the Tornado Luxembourg.

The Tornado Luxembourg have been very ineffective at home sor far, losing all of their four home games. Out of the last 4 times that those two teams met, Colmar Titans won 75% (3 out of 4). But the Colmar Titans want to take vengeance after having lost the last matchup 4-2.

In their last appearance, the Tornado Luxembourg won against the Aigles de Besançon 5-1, while Colmar are hungry for a win after having lost their last game 2-3 against Dijon II.

On a side note, it will be a special match for two people: Tornado Coach Vladimir Kouznetsov will face his son, Evgueni Kouznetsov, who plays in Colmar.

The game is of high importance, as Colmar is currently ranked 5th, whereas the Tornados are ranked 6th. Both teams need to win in order to stay in the race for the playoffs. A loss in this game will be a major setback for each of the two teams.

The coaches will without a doubt have a precise gameplan to get their players on the right track. Who do you think is the hot favourite?
