Hinkula furious about Team Finland's roster

Tornado's Finnish winger Teemu Hinkula came back to practise after Christmas holidays. He didn't seem to be satisfied Team Finland's roster in coming Olympic games in Sochi.


"These were not the news I wanted to hear after two weeks relaxing holidays." Hinkula started


"I can't understand why my name is not on the list. I really felt that I started to be in good shape" Hinkula continued a little tear in his eye.


Hinkula was surprised why the coach of Team Finland didn't pay attention to Finnish player in Luxembourg at all. "I don't understand what was the coach thinking when he was choosing the team. He never even bothered to come watch our games in here. Or maybe he did come to watch one of those games when I was enjoying my time somewhere else and not playing."


Hinkula can show some clear facts: "I'm just wondering how it is possible that there is two players fom Epinal in Team Slovenia and I'm not in Team Finland even I assisted one goal last season againts Epinal's second team. So I think we can easily say I'm on the level which is needed in the Olympics"


"Also I can't understand how he could select this old man Teemu Selänne to the team even he has much weaker points per game stats than I have." Hinkula continued with some anger in his voice. "Maybe the coach just mixed our names"


"Other thing which is sad is that I think my boss would have given me couple of days free from work so I could have been able to play a game or two for the nation I used to love." Hinkula ends with bitter.
