Tornado lose first home game, but FANS ARE BACK!!!

On saturday night, the Tornado Luxembourg hosted their first home game after almost two years! The fans were red hot and couldn't await the comeback of hockey, as more than 300 people were in attendance to witness a true festival of goals!
 
The guests from Lyon had come into the came in top shape, after winning all of their two games of the season so far. And they proved to be a strong opponent. Although Tornado opened the game with the first goal, the guests hit back fast and strong with four goals in a row. The Tornados bounced back and kept the score within distance, but could never catch up to the score again.
 
The end score was 5-9, in favor of Lyon.
 
Most goals for Tornado were scored by Antoine Thomas, who was also leading the team with three points in total.
 
The next home game in the French Division 3 will be held on November 13th against HC Metz, the next home game in the Luxembourg Hockey League will be on October 28th in the small rink against the Puckers Luxembourg.
