Tornado move up to Division 2

After a tough Final Four weekend, our boys have secured a historic place in Division 2.It all started with an emphatic victory over Chalons. Despite being favourites, the Chalonnais were perhaps a little tense given the stakes involved in going up and lost 4-3 to the Tornado, with Colm Cannon scoring three goals. The following day, the Luxembourg side held off a strong Dijonnais side but lost 2-0 without finding the net. On Sunday, the Tornado won 5-1 against Wasquehal and in the process picked up a silver medal synonymous with promotion to D2.An exhilarating weekend to cap an extraordinary and historic season. We look forward to seeing you next season in D2, even if final accession will only be confirmed once the FFHG has validated a financial file.
