If you've swung by the rink during the week, you've probably noticed a bunch of kids—of all ages—training and sporting Tornado off-ice gear with a little "Junior" tag on it. And if you're a fan of the Huskies on social media, you might have seen the U15s, U18s, and U20s rocking Tornado jerseys, pretty much identical to the ones worn by Team 1 and our women's squad.

At first glance, it might seem like no big deal, but it's actually a pretty exciting step forward for ice hockey here in Luxembourg City. The whole idea behind it? To build a sense of pride and belonging in these younger players and get them dreaming of stepping up to the senior level someday. It's all about giving them a clearer goal to work toward in their hockey journey. The use of this logo has unifying qualities and helps strengthen the ice hockey community based in Kockelscheuer.

While the Huskies are still the Huskies, adding the Tornado name and logo for the U15 to U20 groups helps streamline everything—from their gear to their suppliers. And you know what? It's not just the kids getting into it. We’ve noticed that a lot of parents have become die-hard fans of our Tornados too!
